Privacy Policy

Who we are
Poliato (\"we,\" \"us,\" or \"Poliato\") operates poliato.app and the Poliato application at dashboard.poliato.app. This policy covers both.
What we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, organization, headcount band, and message content when you submit a form (signup, contact, CCA partner).
- Cookies and similar technologies: set only after you opt in via the cookie banner, except for strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session). See "Cookies" below.
- Usage analytics: aggregated visit data through Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot (analytics cookies, requires opt-in).
- Ad measurement: when you opt in, we use Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and start your trial.
- To send you operational emails about your account or trial.
- To improve the marketing site and the product (in aggregate).
- To market Poliato to relevant audiences (only with the consent categories you accept).
Cookies
We use four categories of cookies. Necessary cookies always run; the other three categories only run after you opt in.
- Strictly necessary — session, security, form submission.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, HubSpot analytics.
- Marketing — Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Functional — embedded HubSpot forms and similar.
Who we share with
- HubSpot — receives form submissions and is our CRM/marketing system.
- Google — Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement.
- LinkedIn — Insight Tag for ad measurement.
- Meta — Pixel for ad measurement.
- Railway — hosts the marketing site and processes web traffic.
We do not sell personal information. Where required (CCPA / GDPR / similar), the categories above represent the full list of processors.
Your choices
- Change cookie consent at any time via the banner footer link.
- Request access, correction, or deletion: email privacy@poliato.app.
- EU/UK residents: you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Data retention
We keep form submissions and customer records for as long as needed to support the customer relationship, then delete or anonymize. We keep aggregated analytics indefinitely.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards in transit (TLS) and at rest, and limit access to information on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfect; we notify customers as required when an incident materially affects their data.
